Christian Jorns

Physical Location - Portland, Maine

Hello, my name is Christian Jorns, and I grew up in the South Chicago Suburbs. In my youth, I played football, volleyball, cross country, and track and field. I got into strength training when I was 26, and I haven't looked back. My favorite activities are working on my Powerlifts, going for runs with my dog, Bruiser, and spending time in the woods and waters of Maine. I've helped thousands of athletes of all ages and backgrounds get back to what they care about most. I strongly believe that honesty, integrity, and trust are imperative when building a therapeutic relationship.

Eric Norman

Physical Location - Winona, Minnesota

Hello, my name is Eric Norman, and I grew up on a small farm in Princeton, MN where I was exposed to many sports and activities. Most of my “activities” were made up games to keep myself and my older brothers entertained. I would like to think this has made me a better and more creative clinician. In high school I played three sports: football, basketball, and baseball. Now, I play amateur baseball for my hometown, I enjoy pickleball, and I've recently been more focused on golf. I also spend my time doing a lot of home improvement projects and working towards having the most pristine lawn in the neighborhood.
