  • Running Gait Analysis

If you have any aches and pains while running, you’re looking to improve your performance, or you just want to know if there’s anything that you can work on, a Running Gait Analysis is an excellent service.

We start by briefly discussing your running history, concerns, and your goals for the session. Then we perform a video gait analysis while you run on a treadmill. We’ll record multiple angles in slow motion, review the footage together, and then discuss what could change.

After that, we’ll use live video between our phones to coach your form in real time. Real time video feedback is the very best way to see what you’re doing, and then be able to correct it immediately.

Finally, we’ll discuss how to incorporate the feedback into your current running program.

    60min duration.
